Four years ago my daughter in law was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She had to endure surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, all this whilst trying to lead as normal a life as possible for the sake of my three young grandchildren and my son Spencer.
When her treatment finally finished, Danielle and her mother Sylvie felt very strongly that they had to do something specific to try and raise money towards breast cancer research and treatment. Future Dreams in support of Breakthrough Breast Cancer was born.
Breakthrough is a pioneering charity dedicated to the prevention, treatment and ultimate eradication of breast cancer and Future Dreams are donating all their funds this year to research into stopping the spread of this terrible disease
In 2007 Danielle’s Mum was diagnosed with primary lung cancer which was inoperable and incurable – she lost her battle in June 2009.
Unbelievably, at the same time, they also discovered a re-occurrence of Danielle’s cancer. A biopsy confirmed secondary breast cancer in her lungs and she is now fighting this terrible disease yet again. This has not deterred her from continuing fundraising throughout this difficult period in her life.
On Monday 2nd August over 100 lady golfers will be helping to raise funds for this most worthy cause. Your support and generosity can fulfill every woman’s dream of eradicating this terrible and heartbreaking disease for good!
PLEASE HELP US TO ACHIEVE OUR GOAL FOR A WORLD FREE FROM BREAST CANCER.
Thank you,
