She’s The One – April 2011

In April 2011 Future Dreams returned to where it all began, The Savoy Theatre, to present an unforgettable show to another sell-out audience of 1,100. The latest production, She’s The One, was a tribute to Danielle Leslie and her mother Sylvie Henry and was held on Mother’s Day to celebrate all of the women who have bravely battled breast cancer. The evening raised an astonishing £510,000, bringing the grand total raised by Future Dreams to £1.45 million.

The show opened in spectacular fashion with a dazzling rendition of “One,” from A Chorus Line, performed by the Future Dreams performers. Presenters Gaby Roslin and John Partridge, along with guest presenter Arlene Phillips then introduced stars of stage and screen including X Factor winner Shayne Ward, Hannah Waddingham, Frances Ruffelle, Louise Dearman, Debbie Kurup, Zoe Birkett, the cast of Legally Blonde and stunning Britain’s Got Talent Finalists Escala. Other performances included De Vees, Daniel Boys, Stomp Tap, Cuba Libre, the Future Dreams Kids, WOMAN, guest presenter Girls Aloud’s Kimberley Walsh introduced X Factor contestants The Reason 4. Bernie Nolan performed an emotional rendition of ‘How Could I Ever Know’ before speaking about her own brave battle with breast cancer. The show closed with a medley performed by the cast of Priscilla The Musical.

The audience was left in stitches when Best Comedy Actress award winner Miranda Hart took to the stage, followed by BAFTA award –winning comedian Simon Amstell. Jimmy Carr added to the comedy line-up, providing an amusing video message.

Video wall Mother’s Day messages were played from stars and celebrities including Cat Deeley, Honor Blackman, Tess Daly, Sarah Harding, Barbara Windsor, Nicola Roberts, Nicole Appleton, Tamzin Outhwaite, Arlene Phillips and Katie Price.

One More Time - November 2009

In November 2009 the audience at The Piccadilly Theatre was once again wowed, by Future Dreams' latest production One More Time celebrating the life of Sylvie Henry and supporting her brave daughter Danielle on this incredible evening, which raised the phenomenal amount of £400,000. Bringing the grand total raised by Future Dreams to over £700,000.

The show was opened with an incredible street dance number featuring 'Team Invasion' and choreographed by Carrie-Anne Ingrouille. Returning presenters Gaby Roslin and Patrick Kielty were joined by Donna Air, Angellica Bell and Michael Underwood to introduce West End stars and celebrities Ruthie Henshall, Ray Quinn and the cast of 'Grease', Sally-Ann Triplett, Steve Balsamo, Jonathan Ansell, Hannah Waddingham, Richard Shelton, the cast of 'Jersey Boys', and the incredible 'Thriller Live'.

Rita Simons introduced her cast mate and 'Over the Rainbow' judge John Partridge, who along with West End dancers performed the sexy hit 'Black and Gold' choreographed by Flik Swan.

The show also featured performances from 'Strictly Come Dancing's' hot couple, Darren Bennett and Lilia Kopylova, contortionists 'Serenity', All Angels and Singer/Songwriter and Brit Award nominee Jamie Hartman
Ant and Dec introduced a featured performance from 'Britain's Got Talent' finalist Julian Smith. Future Dreams also welcomed back hit ventriloquist Paul Zerdin and his puppet Sam.

This years production featured moving and funny video messages from Prime Minister David Cameron, and the one and only Dame Edna Everage.

The spectacular finale of One More Time brought the house down, as the entire cast joined on stage, led by international recording artist Duffy.

One Night Only - October 2008

The sell-out audience of 1,100 at the Savoy Theatre Gala, One Night Only leapt to their feet for show stopping standing ovation after standing ovation. The evening unfolded with dazzling performances from a glittering array of 120 super talented artists from West End stage and TV. including:

Presenters, Patrick Kielty, Vernon Kay and Gaby Roslin, together with performers - Denise Van Outen, Jennifer Ellison, Lee Mead, Summer Strallen, Bonnie Langford, Duncan James, Zoe Tyler, Cory English, Brenda Edwards, Anton Du Beke and Erin Boag, Tracie Bennett, Zoe Tyler, Hannah Waddingham, Gina Murray, Mazz Murray, Anna-Jane Casey, Jessie Buckley, Niamh Perry, Sarah Lark, Westenders, Teatro, ZooNation, FutureDreams Kids and cast members from 'La Cage Aux Folles' and 'The Sound of Music'. Superb ventriloquist Paul Zerdin had the audience rolling in the aisles.

The outstanding artistic team was led by renowned Musical Director, Jae Alexander with Creative Director, Stuart Sweeting, Technical Designer/Director Oli Matthews, and Artistic Producer Charlotte Gorton.

The One Night Only audience was wowed by video-link personal messages of support for FutureDreams co-founders Sylvie and Danielle, from Kylie Minogue and Cat Deeley.
